Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes. Every fragrance we sell is 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. We never sell replicas or imitations.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the United Kingdom and the United States. Prices are shown automatically in your local currency (£ or $), and you can change the currency at the top of the page.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. UK: Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, Express 1-2 business days. USA: Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days, Express 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! UK: FREE standard delivery on orders over £35 and FREE express delivery on orders over £60. USA: FREE standard delivery on orders over $75. Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We are sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
