At Elarose Fragrance, we want your new scent to reach you quickly and safely. We deliver across the United Kingdom and the United States.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details once it ships.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £2.99, FREE on orders over £35
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £4.99, FREE on orders over £60
Delivery to the United States
- Standard Delivery (5-8 business days): FREE on orders over $75, otherwise a small flat fee shown at checkout
- Express Delivery (3-5 business days): flat fee shown at checkout
Delivery times start from dispatch and may be longer during holidays and peak sale periods. All shipping costs are shown in your local currency (£ or $) at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Every fragrance is carefully packed with protective materials to prevent leaks and breakage during transit.
