Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
United Kingdom
- Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): £2.99, FREE on orders over £35
- Express Delivery (1-2 business days): £4.99, FREE on orders over £60
United States
- Standard Delivery (5-8 business days): FREE on orders over $75, otherwise a small flat fee shown at checkout
- Express Delivery (3-5 business days): flat fee shown at checkout
Delivery times start from dispatch and may be longer during holidays and peak sale periods. All shipping costs are shown in your local currency at checkout before you pay.
Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and we will help resolve it.
